Insurance & Fees
Taking the first step toward therapy is brave — navigating the financial side shouldn't be a barrier.
I strongly believe that therapy should be affordable and accessible to all, which is why I chose to be credentialed with many insurances. I am in network with the following insurances:
-Colorado Access Medicaid
-Aetna
-United Healthcare
-Kaiser
If you have one of these plans, your sessions may be covered at little to no cost depending on your individual benefits. I'm happy to help you understand what to expect before we begin.
Out-of-Network Benefits
I am not currently paneled with other insurance providers, but many plans offer out-of-network (OON) reimbursement — meaning you pay at the time of session and your insurance reimburses you a portion afterward. I provide a monthly superbill (an itemized receipt with the necessary billing codes) that you can submit directly to your insurance company.
Before reaching out, it helps to call your insurance and ask:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is my out-of-network deductible, and has it been met?
What percentage do you reimburse for outpatient psychotherapy (CPT code 90837)?
Do I need a referral or prior authorization?
Self Pay rates:
If you prefer to pay out of pocket the rate is $160 per session. If cost is a concern, please don't hesitate to ask about options during your consultation.
