I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and yoga therapist located in Colorado. I place high regard on working from a place of authenticity, and connecting with your whole self. I offer a safe space to work with you on finding harmony of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

I received my Masters Degree in Social Work at Loyola University Chicago. Upon completing my Masters, I felt a strong calling to take my path further into holistic healing approaches. I completed my first yoga training in May of 2014, where I learned to bridge the gap of working on healing from the inside out. I have continued to deepen my knowledge around holistic healing over the years. I completed a 500 hour yoga training in India, in November of 2017, and incorporate trauma informed, somatic interventions to access deep healing. I further am a certified Yoga Nidra instructor, and incorporate this deep healing practice for those interested. My experience includes working with individuals struggling to connect with their life’s purpose; and are facing roadblocks due to major life changes, anxiety, or whatever negative past events you may have experienced.

I value a life built on connection and authenticity. I have always had an anxious temperament and know what it's like to feel bogged down by anxiety. I have learned how to build myself up and overcome the hurdles of anxiety. After doing a lot of my own energetic work and healing, I hope to offer this same freeing experience to those I work with.

I use accelerated approaches to healing, that incorporates both mind/body in a way that traditional talk therapy does not. This includes EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic interventions. I further incorporate spiritual exploration for those that are interested. Through my past work experience, I have deepened my niche in working with women struggling to feel a sense of belonging. From the outside, you may appear to “have it all”, yet feel as though you don’t fit in.

In my free time, I enjoy experiencing the outdoor beauty that Colorado has to offer. I can be found exploring new hiking trails, running or doing yoga. I am also happily spending time with my two young kids and seeing the world through their curious eyes. Watching my kids grow has allowed me to practice mindfulness in a while new way, and I am eager to share that with others!
