I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience based in Colorado. I value working authentically and supporting you in connecting with your whole self. I offer a safe, grounded space to explore balance across your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and felt called to expand my work into holistic and somatic approaches. I completed my first yoga training in 2014 and later a 500-hour yoga training in India in 2017. My work integrates trauma-informed, somatic practices and Yoga Nidra to support deep, integrative healing. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, major life transitions, and past experiences that may be blocking connection to purpose and fulfillment.
I value a life rooted in connection and authenticity. Having lived with an anxious temperament myself, I understand how anxiety can feel overwhelming—and I’ve done deep personal healing work to learn how to move through it with greater ease. This experience informs my work and allows me to offer clients a grounded, compassionate path toward freedom and resilience.
As a therapist specializing in trauma, anxiety, and life transitions, I take a holistic, integrative approach to healing. I use evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and somatic awareness to help clients process experiences in ways that support both mind and body.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy Colorado’s outdoors through hiking, running, and yoga. I’m also a parent of two young children, which has deepened my understanding of the emotional complexity, identity shifts, and mental load many adults—especially caregivers—carry. This perspective enriches my work while keeping the focus firmly on you and your experience.
